Patrick is a seasoned Business and Banking professional with over 15 years of results-oriented success.  He has a passion for helping organizations grow and succeed by developing, motivating and leading them in attaining their desired goals.  Patrick’s ability to identify needs, resolve issues, and motivate teams to success secures his place as a leader in any industry.  

After serving in the Army National Guard and establishing himself as a sales and management professional, Patrick embarked on what would prove to be a successful career in the telecommunications industry. Subsequent to becoming a top performer at two of the largest telecommunications companies in the United States, Patrick started his own company, Clear Communications Inc., in 2000. In five years, he grew Clear Communications to an organization with 150 sales professionals and an annual net revenue of $1 million per year. Patrick then set his sights on the banking industry. He began as a Wholesale Account Executive with Wachovia in 2006, winning the Rookie of the Year award and going on to win the prestigious Top Gun award 12 consecutive times. He became a licensed Financial Specialist in 2008 and his impressive performance in that capacity earned him a promotion to management in 2010. As AVP & Store Manager, Patrick managed a branch with operations valued at $120 million and oversaw, motivated, and developed a team of 13 sales and retail professionals, driving the growth of the branch from number nine to the number one in sales and service within his first year.  Patrick is currently the VP and Banking Center Manager for City National Bank’s Pinecrest location, where, since March, he has increased deposits by 28% and been named the top performing banking center manager as of June of this year.

Patrick’s burning desire is to learn a new language and travel the world. He is the proud father of a five year old son, also named Patrick, with whom he enjoys spending much of his time. Patrick enjoys traveling, scuba diving, riding motorcycles, and is an active member in his community, dedicating time to charitable causes such as the March of Dimes and participating in business organizations such as: Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Chamber South, Pinecrest Business Association, and BNI, where he is the current educational coordinator. Patrick’s enthusiasm for life is contagious and energizes those around him. His keys to success are honesty, integrity, a solid work ethic, and taking the time to truly understand and fulfill his client’s needs.
